Job Description:
- Ability to plan, organize, execute, control and manage an event. such as seminar, workshop, offsite boot camp, etc.
- Ability to organize and execute PR event and press news.
- Liaise and work closely with the media, external partners, vendors and principles to ensure successful implementation of the marketing activities.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Creative and innovative in developing eDM (Direct Mailer or Flyer via electronic marketing tools, such as email blast, messaging, Social media and etc.
- Creative and innovative in developing marketing materials, such as banner, bunting, datasheet and poster in printing format and eBook format.
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website update.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, engagement best practices, and potentially new channels and strategies in search, display and social marketing.
- Manage company’s social media platforms by maintaining and continuous branding.
- Understand the market trends and preferences of purchasers to propose marketing strategies that boost sales.
- To provide good and efficient customer services, respond and resolve to all online inquiries, issues and concerns related to the company business operation.
- To provide an event budget and to evaluate the results of marketing activities and prepare reports or post mortem for analysis.
- Produce and deliver campaign reports, campaign analysis and competitive reviews.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication in any relevant marketing.
- To create product awareness of company’s profile through social media.
- To promote new branding suggestions for the company and enhance brand awareness in the market.
- Manage and execute ad-hoc tasks.
