Job Description:

  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Provide sales & purchase administration support duties.
  • Handle and process sales order, invoice and delivery order to partners.
  • To check stock availability, delivery arrangement and follow-up on payment collections.
  • Assist sales/ product team in the preparation of quotations, reports and to attend incoming sales enquiries.
  • To issue purchase order and liaise with Principle on daily basis.
  • Keep track shipment order status and delivery time frame against the orders.
  • Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders/ transporter/ couriers for import and local shipment.
  • Prepare full spectrum of shipping documentations for custom clearance.
  • To ensure goods received note and purchase invoice key in system accuracy.
  • Handle and monitor claims to Principle for defective, shortage and missing parts.
  • Liaise with warehouse for monthly inventory report.
  • Any others duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Applicants must possess own transport.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
